GORUCK Rucker 4.0 20L Black - Purpose Built Rucking Backpack, Military Weight Training Rucksack w/Ruck Plate Pocket and Extra Padded Straps

About this item

• PURPOSE BUILT FOR RUCKING: The Rucker revolutionized the fitness category of rucking (carrying weight on your back). These bags are purpose built for rucking with an elevated pocket designed for Ruck Plates, reinforced construction, extra padded straps and multiple handles to make it a versatile training tool. The Rucker helps you to get stronger one rep and one mile at a time.
• SUPER STRAPS: Thin straps cutting into your neck is the last thing you want while carrying weight. The Rucker straps are wide, reinforced, and extra padded to create the smoothest possible rucking experience. To build the straps, two premium high-density polyethylene foams are heat laminated together to form a permanent bond. The interior foam provides superior cushioning against your shoulder, and the exterior foam provides outstanding durability and impact resistance.
• HIGH AND STABLE WEIGHT - Keeping the Ruck Plates high on your back, stable, and evenly distributed puts you in the best position to gain strength while rucking. The elevated Ruck Plate pockets keep the weights from bouncing around the bottom of your bag, and lets you scale up to 75LBs of Ruck Plates (we recommend starting 20LB).
• BACK SUPPORT: Raised padding along the bottom of the Rucker provides ergonomic lumbar support that protects your spine and helps to brace your core. The back panel’s 210D Cordura fabric is smooth and moves with you instead of rubbing against your clothes. Closed-cell foam repels moisture to prevent sweat and rain from damaging your ruck. A built-in frame sheet adds structural integrity to your rucksack, and allows you to carry more weight comfortably.
• VERSATILE 20L CAPACITY: Compact yet spacious enough to carry essential gear, making it ideal for both fitness and everyday use.
• PATENTED: GORUCK obsesses over revolutionizing the fitness category of rucking and designing the world’s best, toughest gear for you. As we invent the best products, we protect our inventions with patents. We have one issued patent for the Rucker - US 12053080.
